5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon completion and full payment for a project, ScoobeeNet grants the client a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables (e.g., website design, content, and branding materials).
  • All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to our services remain the property of ScoobeeNet unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
  • This includes business strategies, financial data, and any proprietary content provided for the project.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Website Development: Cancellations can be made within 7 days of payment and before work begins. After commencement, no refunds will be issued.
  • Digital Marketing Services: Monthly services require cancellation at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds for any service are subject to the terms outlined in our [Cancellation and Refund Policy].

8. Service Delivery

  • MC Graphics will deliver services electronically through email, cloud storage links, or secure portals. All services are digital, and no physical shipping occurs.
  • Delivery timelines will be provided at the start of each project and may vary based on project scope.
