- If the project is canceled within 7 days of payment and before work begins, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Once the project has commenced, cancellation will not be possible, and no refund will be issued.
- If the project is delayed due to client inactivity (e.g., lack of required content or approvals), MC Graphics reserves the right to terminate the project without a refund.

- For monthly subscription services, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the service within the billing cycle.
